I'm sure he's long gone. Every play he has is going "copper" I wouldn't rely on his fake diligence for anything.

I just checked out the name change, and pulled up a company with the same name on manta.com which has small business information. of course there is no way to be 100% certain until a filing or news hits, but I've seen other stocks run on a lot less.
