It's on the gray market - it can trade until the SEC removes the dead dirty shell

no one is buying - ( unless they just wont to throw their money away because the company is no longer in business. The shell is dirty due to SEC violations and illegal shares sold into the float by the crooks from Prime time

over time people sell their stock back to the broker to close out the account - usually they get a penny for the while amount - the the trade still shows as volume

The past ( last ) management stated HGLC was worthless and not even worth filing BK over and abandoned the dead shell and took the assets with them

PS - the last management here was the same as FFGO - and that stock was revoked and share holders lost everything
