Depends on the source of sales, if one is experience consistent pressure form insiders dumping you are going to see high short volume at these sub penny piles

Why? The shares are there in the MM's hands to dump for insiders. Why the need to short anything? Nah..sounds like BS to me. Have you any link to this hypothesis or is it just opinion?
