Imagine if they had released news earlier in the week or even last week and then that little SEC bombshell dropped...it would have been wasted. Perhaps they are just being cautious.

I have another OTC stock that I watch and the company releases a steady stream of positive news regarding company advancements...they have a product and they have revenue...the regular news updates have little or no effect on the share price.
