When you are a small bio patent news is as good as any to PR. It generally will allow for a spike in the a.m. with retracing later in the trading session,IMO. But that being said,it should be PRd to allow PPHM name to be seen in print regarding good news. Dearth of news in penny stocks is NOT "a good thing"(anti-Martha Stewart).It's not fluff PR,IMO,and MOST companies will put out some PR so they can also explain the reason behind the patent. All IMO,of course. GL PR
