brikk, rolo, and futrcash...I hate to sound the gloom and doom alarm, but have you heard of global dimming? The polutant particals in the atmosphere are actually helping to keep the temps lower. And although this doesnt slow down the greenhouse affect, removing them actually allows for the temps to rise as well. Scientists have found that the problem is that carbon dioxide is more of problem then they ever thought.
If I am not mistaken, I believe 80% of Chinas power is created by burning coal. And I doubt they have any concern for the environment, and what that is doing to global warming problem.
