Hmmm....pretty quickly, I imagine.

I believe if you try and "hold out" past the date of the tender offer, you may still see the shares in your account for a few days, but wouldn't be able to trade them.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
