I spent 10 days in discussions with EV and know for a fact he does not have the ability to do anything with any of his shells.
Get rid of Eddie I am in for 250M, but this will not happen ... This is a shell by definition, and The SEC is shutting them down, it is in the news. EV has gained their attention recently due to those ommisions on all of those filings.

Double whammy I am afraid ... This company could be at .10 by now.
