Charlie - Interesting and informative update. Perhaps the difference between the 15 to 20 number and the 2 to 4 number relates to a differing degree of what turn around means.
The 2 to 4 number might be a number that gets the financials reinstated, and gives a limited amount of breathing room to keep things ongoing.
I doubt that Adam's figures included the full picture--Brian's situation, etc.--and the transition to new management. I still think the figure Brian gave me is correct if we are seeking more than just a band-aid solution that keeps us more than just temporarily afloat, and reflects what is needed for a true turnaround to occur.
