Virtually, the entire sector has been a pump and dump, having to navigate through stiff regulations - I'll say it again, deregulation is the play. Hit the cycle. I know you know. Still, 4 pennies won't be seen here once Wall Street enters. Bruce is not a rookie in these fields.
