I really hope it is in May that we go up. I just dont see it. We thought we would in March and April and so far nothing. Granted things have happened to postpone/delay the rise in PPS, but I dont see them releasing big contracts at all until the summer months. I sure hope I am wrong. I hope they force the tight squeeze on them, but at this point who really knows except the insiders themselves. I still say we could see .20 by the end of summer. One thing is for sure, we have a long way to go to get to that, but a few contracts announced and it could be here before then.
