It's not a good time of year for OTC's that have run big early in the year but done nothing but sell off since then. And that includes most of them. To much tax loss selling into the year end makes peeps who know it's there avoid it and peeps that are taking advantage of it sell into any little pop. Works that way every year but seems to be more prevalent this year.
