Why I think MINE is a BUY

What has the Company recently delivered?

1) MINE just acquired a majority voting interest in Avanzar, our Southern California distributor. MINE paid $300K cash w/ 4 $50K notes (NOT convertible to shares) for this acquisition. Effective immediately, MINE will consolidate all Avanzar financials into MINE financials, which is 7 figures immediately to the top line annually.

2) Formulations of the Vitamin Creamer line have been approved (Nov.4). As opposed to VitaminFizz, which earns 51% of the total revenue, VitaminCreamer earns Level5 95% of the total revenue. This product could revolutionize the coffee creamer market with us having the only proprietary formula to incorporate Vitamins. 18 possible new SKU's. The big boys have even looked/tested this product already. Rumblings that VitaminCreamer could be bigger than VitaminFizz.

3) VitaminFizz distributor in EUROPE! Today the Company announced JD's Food Group obtained exclusive distribution rights to the E.U. and their opening order will be approx. 18,000 cases.

What about financials?

I'm not going to sugar coat this: the upcoming 10-K will have little revenues to report given the fact VitaminFizz had just launched when the year ended. However the 10-K should show significant improvement on the balance sheet with huge reduction in convertible notes.

The following 10Q (Aug - Oct) should show substantial revenues compared to prior periods and will begin our Q after Q of increased revenues. Cant wait! This is when we will see very significant gains and increased imo.

What have we accomplished to date?

VitaminFizz selling in Southern California and New York City. Almost within a month of VitaminFizz being sold, MINE and Avanzar were able to get it placed in Southern California Walgreens. Based on people I have talked to in the industry, that just doesnt happen! Shows us how special this product is. Avanzar been killing it in Southern California which we can all see based on the pictures floating around everywhere. On the other coast, VitaminFizz is said to be selling very well. Although they dont have the big name, Walgreens...yet, it is only a matter of time, imo, before Walgreens gets picked up in NYC along with others.

What is MINE valued at today?

Based on current share structure MINE is valued at roughly 10.9M. I don't know about the rest of you but based on the points I just mentioned above, this seems undervalued (if not severely undervalued). For example, on the show SharkTank, they gave a guy a $2.5M valuation who had one distributor and had only sold 20,000 cases of his Chill Soda in on year. As of the end of October (3 months), the Company had production runs of 53,000 cases of Vitamin Fizz alone, two distributors (one of which a majority voting interest was acquired, not to mention VitaminCreamer. I was going to go deeper into a valuation for MINE but its difficult based on limited reported revenues and quick growth but I will say this. I can say with confidence that if a Company approached MINE,L5,PowerBrands with a 10M offer for VitaminFizz alone - they would be laughed out the door.

What has happened to the PPS recently?

As we all know a 1B share increase was authorized in July. Per comments made by Vanis, half of these shares (approx) were to be reserved for future conversions of series B shares and the rest, as cushion in case the Company found a celeb to endorse its products. A quick glance at the TA report will show you 450M was reserved for Series B share conversions and that hasn't been touched. The remaining shares were added to the free trading shares via conversions and the acquisition of Avanzar (remember the Co paid $300K up front). Personally, I would 10x prefer they use capital to acquire a Company like Avanzar than use it on a celeb (ask Sparkling Ice how their Kevin Durant celeb signing is going)at least until VitaminFizz is a National(or Global) product.

SS1 can elaborate on conversions and share structure, etc but my main point is that all the people saying Vanis getting rich, scam, blah blah, blah are just trying to scare you out of your shares. Vanis would have to file a Form 4 if he sold any of his shares, which he has NOT done. There are perfectly good rationale to explain everything happening and its all positive for the long term.

LONG and STRONG MINER HERE and this is just my two cents!
Dont get shook by rumors and BS. Nothing but good has changed with the Co.
