She may be talented, but if John Hargrove were truly looking out for Titan investors he would have never hired his own daughter as a consultant because of conflict of interest. I am not impressed with him thus far and believe Titan should have hired a young, industry connected "young gun" to lead the organization. A Todd Pope type (from the other company) I think would have been a much better fit.
It is what it is now, so we'll just have to hang in their until the cake is done baking.
