It seems to me that you should not discount, out of hand, a user's bad service experience if you hold shares in this firm. Just as many here have launched a positive "awareness campaign", word of bad experiences will spread more easily. That could negatively affect the firm and your investment.

Rather than blasting the poster, you should be asking for more information, looking to see if others corroborate that poster's experience.
