I think what will happen is CEN will be handled separately this time and allowed to do what they plan on doing. The Mayor has known what the plan was and should be committed and honor what he agreed to. But moving forward the new Industrial zoning, if passed, on new properties might have to be abided by. There was a good amount of money spent on this project and it would not have been spent if they didn't get the approvals and permits to do so. In addition, there seems to be a larger overall plan that we haven't heard about yet. I could be totally wrong but time will tell.
