I listened to it and I did NOT hear anything like that. The phrase "Grandfathered" was NEVER used. They did say they would deal with FITX seperatly but nothing about the company getting to grow or getting around the regs they adopted. Believe me, I really hoped to hear that but I didn't hear anything that was said that I thought indicated that FITX would get any approval to move forward.
