Just talked to my guys in So Cal and they had 5 Mil lined up to buy debt and stock and George would not even discuss it! This was about 8-12 months ago. I guess they recently reached out to George to do a smaller investment (he didn't say how much) but probably 1 mil to buy out IR and 1 mil to buy stock here. George again would not entertain their offer, not even discuss it!

These guys believe he is intentionally trying to rid himself of all shareholders and will give himself and their partner (AQT) shares and all current shareholders lose out and they (george and buddies) take company themselves.

Help! Is this true?
