I WATCHED AND UNDERSTOOD THE ENTIRE MEETING....

HERE ARE THE COLD HARD FACTS....

FACT..... The Land is zoned agricultural.... the Buildings that put on the site were permitted by the town as agricultural storage pole barns. The buildings were never applied for offically as an MMJ facility.... CEN never actually applied to operate an MMJ Grow OP.... Talk of it means nothing...there never was an application to the town.

FACT..... In last nights meeting the town council of Lakeshore Passed a law stating that all MMJ facilities can only operate on land that is zoned INDUSTRIAL..... they CAN NOT operate on land zoned Agricultural.... Bills cousin Jims land is Agricultural... Not Industrial. Therefore FITX IS NOT PERMITTED to operate an MMJ grow op on the site.

FACT.... As clearly pointed out in the meeting Municipal Govt has authority over the land usage in their municipality...NOT the Provincial Government, or Federal Government.

FACT.... There is NO GRANDFATHERING of any kind... FITX will have to be satisfied with their current agricultural Storage pole Barns.... as that is all they will ever be..... as they have never applied to the town to Grow MMJ at the site..... therefore there is nothing to be grandfathered in.

FACT....Bills letter to the council was ignorant, unprofessional, and immature.... it was offensive to anyone that heard it. It was the nail in the proverbial coffin.... threatening lawsiuts...lol... there will be lawsuits, but they will be against CEN and the band of theives. His representation at the town meeting will ensure that lakeshore will have nothing to do with him or his Pennystock Scam. There is an old saying ..."Dont Shi¥ where you sleep".... Bill doesnt seem to be familiar with the concept.

FACT.... that peice of land will NEVER be rezoned Industrial.
It is OVER for this scam.

BEWARE..... fitx PPS will tank in the morning like never before.... Triple zips will be here by the end of the week.
THIS SCAM IS DONE.... let the lawsuits and criminal charges proceed.
