So it's a win?CEN Biotech is already zoned agricultural. Any FUTURE mmj facilities would have to be zoned industrial and any dwellings would have to have a 500 meter setback.Nothing really change but a revision of bylaws for future facilities? That was my take as well.It was hard to tell at the end when they made a motion an then withdrew a motion for something.
