Oh what the heck, capt schippy only lives about 15 miles from the Lenexa Kansas office of EEGC. I'll try to make a drive over there this afternoon, check on the status, and report back to my fellow investors whether the news be good, or not so good. In the end at this point, does it really matter if the office is manned or not?....Do we really want to know?

By the way guys corporate is in Leawood Kansas, not Lenexa. Sorry, just thought I would correct myself before the nitpicker's picked up on my mistake....:)

For goodness sake Doc absolutely not. I needed some parts for my Audi from the dealership. And as it turns out, College Blvd. in Leawood (Empires corporate office) was only about two blocks away from Audi of Kansas City.
Rest assured I did indeed find an office building at that location. And Empires name is listed on the marque.
It did indeed take some real investigative work however to finally get the Janitor on duty to Fess up that it was he in fact in the end who filed the second SEC rights offering on behalf of Malcolm Bendall that was just approved, and that he had filed it from the Leawood corporate address. Who Knew?
Trust me and frankly captschippy, you keep getting mixed up whether you mean Leawood or Lenexa so let's try to clear this up once and for all. Are you sure you went to Leawood and not Lenexa or does staggering around half-pissed and ankle deep in dog crap all day throw off your sense of direction?
