For further truths and back up one could call the SEC microcap investigation division and ask to speak with Ms. Frank regarding the activities of HPNN.

Another great place for finding truthful verifiable proof is this very board and all the wonderful court documents outlining the despicable behavior of one MR. PETER MICHAELS, et al.

It would also be wise to do a google search of PETER MICHAELS, no need to add fraud or scam, that will come up within the first page of search results.
