You're absolutely right, we seem to be stuck in this 2-3 range and that won't change unless the selling stops at 2. Although I find it semi-encouraging that MM's are accumulating.
The launch of GCC will be the solid news we need IMO, especially if the MJ sector heats up and investors are looking for a cheap play. It's just a waiting game for now though.
