you forgot to mention a few things like the board of directors that was put together before the merger was even mentioned or the fact consultechs website is bought and paid for by dennis or the fact that all three companies have had working history with each other for quite some time now....

ps. lfwk was an ipo...not to mention he is now on the board of director of a soon to be billion dollar company..imo...

i do agree the situation you named is a common one but i believe there is a much bigger picture here......
