For newbies that were to follow along with VTEQ, one would have noticed insider buys and the beginning of news PR'S that started about a month ago. IMO I believe there are multiple NEWS events in the pipeline New PR'S Have been coming 4 or 5 of them in last 6 weeks. Follow the bouncing ball up up and away.
