You need truly Professional help. First of all, I do not live in New Orleans, I live in Arizona. In fact I have never been further east than Arizona (where I live) except when I traveled to Italy (only stop was in NY when I changed planes). Secondly, My name is not Phil Nugent.....Sr. or Jr., or related to the Nugents, or ever met or talked to any of the Nugents. My name happens to be Richard (last name is none of your business). Third, I am not the one that is the swindler. Re-read your entrys and surmise what is there. Who is it that swindled readers into BELIEVING that PSC's were signed? Who is it that swindled readers into following their trading advice? And who is it that PROMISED those readers that he would take care of their losses? You need help. It seems that you attack anyone who has any decent word to put out on the company, or that you are easily upset when someone has an good idea when you couldn't think of it first. Now, speaking of lawsuits.....My site has the disclaimer '...I ask that information on this site should not be copied. You can link this site to another site with the approval of only the webmaster.' So coupled with defamation of character, libel (I have your site saved), illegal use of information on my site - you are the one who is the swindler.
