could see 8 billion shares trade at .0001 some day this week and the share price will remain at .0001....the A/S of 10 billion is now O/S of 10 billion....but the company is not discloseing that info because in thier signed agreement with the holders of the debentures and the holders of the CD's...SVFC is required to have access to the nessesary shares to disburse to the toxic debt holders of notes and CD's...and SVFC does not hold enough nor does SVFC have access to enough shares to live up to the obligations that SVFC is under if the nore holder or the CD'S holders if they decided to convert thier debt for shares.
