I in fact share all the concerns you mentioned(as well as
firecracker)

But take a look at Charleoi. What is his motive? Who posts
thousands of times without one positive comments? I am open
to all viewpoints. However there is a reason tsheri/charleoi
does not post on RB anymore...RB reviewed his posting history
and banned him for slandering Phil. To call someone a liar
and tell people Phil is INTENTIONALLY deceiving investors is
slander IMO. He goes over the line.

And don't forget that Phil took this company from 2 mill to
25 mill to 50 mill in revs in just 3 years. Sure the OS shares
have increased...but how the heck else is he supposed to grow
the business?
