I am going to rebut your analysis on $App.

You stated;

They are just backstopping $ APP who really is doing 100% of ALL the HARD WORK and who has ALL the experience for that specific type of drilling.

If $App knows all about this "specific type of drilling",why did Maximilian bring dbrm into the process?

I am more of the opinion that $App is not as diligent as this process & schedule requires & possibly that is why there are only 13 (give or take) holes in the ground in Ky.
