The fly on the wall type of info we have seen here in the past has not been dependable thus far. That makes it hard for us to accept in this case especially when it seems to contradict what we believe the SEC report is saying. The report looks straight forward and clear.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
