My theory, and it's just a theory, is that they cannot release the BIG news until Nov 7 because the are contractually obligated not to do so. This supports my theory about a major executed contract, merger or new partnership. Otherwise, I see no reason for having to make everyone wait for the PR, considering the current PPS.

They have also been concerned about the share structure, which also supports a merger of some sort.


This to me would be BIG news.
