What is the sense of developing more fields when at this moment in time the refineries are already running at peak capacity? There job is to find oil for the future and bring those field on line when the need arises. When more refineries are built there will more of a need as of right now the lack of refineries is what has caused a bottleneck. You could have a gazillion gallons pumped a day but if you cant refine it?????
They also probably have a few other fields that they need to explore as well. Regardless of the so called strategic hooey of the region. Not saying it wont be important but these companies have other irons in the fire besides the GOG. PL
