Rocketred/Janice/Jim.. Let me see if I understand this correctly. The SEC has some questions about a company and decides to suspend them for 10 days. At that time the company does nothing to comply with any of the wishes of the SEC. Jim I believe that you said if this is the case the SEC still doesn't have the ability to keep them from trading after the 10 day suspension is up.

That's a very loud bark and it doesn't seem like that much of a bite for the SEC.

I don't want KSWJ to stop trading. I do want to feel that if they start trading again on Monday, it indicates we are a little closer to knowing the value(integrity) of this company.
