There's no proof that Amato is a victim. He may have gone into this thinking he was going to benefit in some fashion and simply found out he wouldn't.

It's an extension of the premise that not only should all pinks be considered scams but that anyone involved in a pinky scam should be considered complicit unless the facts shows otherwise.

THAT'S the lesson investors here hopefully learned.
