Just read on "the other board" that a class action has been filed against SeaView because of misleading PR's. Nugget, if you're around would you post it here? Just when I thought the news couldn't have gotten any worse. I have some questions about the wording on the complaint. I'll ask them once it has been posted here. I really want to use an expletive but I'll restrain myself. SH
