Former Meth Lab now owned by EKNL shareholders.

On Page 7, Paragraph 9 of OTC disclosure documents dated January 5th, 2012, signed by Rocco DiBenedetto and uploaded to the OTC in January 8th, 2012 the following statement is made:

https://www.otciq.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=70211

"2200525 Ontario Corp. is being developed to conduct the business of the issuer in Canada and to hold all of its Canadian assets. Currently the assets owned consist of:

1. A first mortgage of $38,000 registered on a building lot in Wainfleet, Ontario, Canada; and

2. Ownership of a building lot valued at $143,000 located in Fonthill, Ontario, Canada"

According the Ontario Government corporation records 2200525 Ontario Corp has a sole director named Rocky DiBenedetto, the son of Rocco DiBenedetto.

According to these disclosure documents Rocco's son Rocky DiBenedetto received 16 Million shares in a share exchange agreement with EKNL in November 2011 that had been negotiated in December 2010 for these properties.

The same disclosure documents indicate that as of January 2012 one of the principal assets of EKNL was a numbered company - 2200525 Ontario Limited - which owns the above noted property in Wainfleet and Fonthill in Ontario.

The village of Fonthill is within the borders of the town of Pelham.

Rocco DiBenedetto's brother, James DiBenedetto was arrested in January 2011 based on the results of five month combined multi-disciplinary police force investigation involving the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime squad. James DiBenedetto and his associates were operating a super clandestine methamphetamine laboratory in Wainfleet and living in a home a few kilometers away in Fonthill-Pelham.

According to the press this laboratory was located at 85014 Creek Road (Route 45) and Marshagan Road at coordinates (42°59'5.46\"N & 79°31'50.18\"W) in the municipality of Wainfleet.
According to the press the home address of James DiBenedetto an alleged drug trafficker, brother of Rocco DiBenedetto (President of EKNL) , and uncle of director of EKNL Rocky DiBenedetto is in the village of Fontill. The residential property of the alleged drug traffickers is located at 49 Foresthill Crescent in Pelham (43° 1'59.08\"N & 79°17'11.86\"W).

Fonthill is coincidentally also the location of the real estate property with a value of $143,000 now owned by the shareholders of EKNL through the share exchange agreement with 2200525 Ontario Limited.

The timing of the $181,000 share exchange transaction to dispose of the Wainfleet & Fonthill properties to EKNL shareholders in December 2010 is only one month before the methamphetamine laboratory was raided by OPP Organized Crime task force in Wainfleet in January 2011. Is this former methamphetamine laboratory in Wainfleet and the alleged drug dealer's residential property in Fonthill-Pelham the same properties which were vended to the EKNL shareholders by the DiBenedetto family members?

The EKNL shareholders and the OTC deserve some clarification on the viability of the declared assets to ensure these are not the proceeds of criminal activity that could be, or have been, the subject of forfeiture by the police authorities.

Police bust meth lab in barn

Niagara Falls Review

St. Catharines - Niagara police say they've shut down a major methamphetamine lab that was operating out of a rural property in Wainfleet.

Two Pelham men are facing charges after the bust at a barn at 85014 Creek Rd., as well as a residence at 49 Foresthill Cres. in Pelham.

A side street near the barn - Marshagan Rd. - has been closed to traffic and will remain off limits until at least Monday as officials dismantle the lab and collect poisonous and caustic chemicals used to produce the illegal street drug. The volatile brew can easily cause fires or explode, making the makeshift labs a public safety concern, police said.

Niagara Regional Police said Sunday the bust follows a five-month joint investigation that also included Hamilton police, Canada Border Services Agency and members of the OPP's clandestine lab investigative response team and the OPP's organized crime enforcement bureau.

Police said $50,000 is cash was seized from the Pelham residence and an unspecified amount of meth was located at the converted Wainfleet barn.

Two suspects were arrested Saturday night. James DiBenedetto, 54, and Jason Barr, 37, both of 49 Foresthill Cres., Pelham, are each charged with producing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
