The latest scam in these parts is getting a telephone call from someone purporting to be from the "Internal Revenue Service." The caller threatens immediate incarceration if the victim doesn't purchase a bunch of Green-Dot money cards to transfer money to cover the "back taxes."

Loafer should look into this as a new PRPM/STUPID Division. Lots of money to be made.
