judge oing has a right to decide whether a trial or not . maybe sw thought they had an airtight slam dunk manner to squeeze empire energy into submission with the mou but the judge saw through it? i bet the judge has seen a bunch of similar cases like this one..anyway dec 04 seems like the start date and as weve seen this can drag on unless as pitts wrote a deal is worked out satisfactory to both sides.imo
