On that first link, it says this:

"Approximate number of holders of record as of the certification or notice date: 157"

Does that mean a total of 157 shareholders, and AMERITRADE = 1 shareholder???? ...but Ameritrade may have a few hundred shareholders under its umbrella.

If that really means a total of 157 shareholders...that concerning because I think between IHUB and R&B we have 157shareholders alone....
