I dont know. I was using the high number (17) to try to pin a % on the dilution effect.

I do believe that a high volume bulk purchase of stock is better purchased out of the open market else a share price spike would occur similar to a short squeeze.

I dont know how the warrant share price is set.

I think the 17 million number vs the 13 million number is due to overhead.

All speculation and begs for a knowledgeable explanation.
