Even if he gets past any legal challenges, then first day after he takes IDLM back private, he wakes up and finds that he is still CEO.

He's sick of it.

And he knows he sucks at it and would rather play Pokemon all day.

And he has gotta be waving to a clue from shore that IDLM is worth more to someone else than it is to him.

There's always the outside chance that Pokemon takes his shares from him in that lawsuit.

The stock is stuck, but I believe Frasier is trying to sort out which way to jump.
