Clawmann: I had considered the possibility that he is trying to establish a pattern and that by selling some now, he can sell more later after positive news and not draw suspicion. It's just nice sometimes to here someone else say what I have been thinking. The other thing that keeps coming back in my mind, is the thing many have said. Those companies would not have sold to NEOM for mostly stock if things were looking bad. If we see lawsuits and internal strife then we'll know something is amiss. Until then, one has to presume that there is a plan that was communicated to these companies that they liked and were willing to accept mostly shares instead of cash.

I also agree that a more structured plan for insider trading would benefit the company.
