HHSE claimed it has been filed.

And their claim they are not automatically available is complete BS. HHSE is lying.

If it has been submitted to EDGAR, it is automatically available immediately if filed before 5:30 Eastern. If after 5:30 Eastern, it is available at 6:00 A.M. eastern when EDGAR reopens the next business day.

Still no Form 10, which means it was not filed at all on Friday, nor today before 5:30 Eastern.
