I honestly have to say the whole process has been a "moving target". The State made no guarantee in the process of any time lines. Nor, has the Counties or Cities. But Las Vegas City Council will be meeting tomorrow, with a full agenda, however, there should be some insight as to the rest of the process at tomorrow's meeting. LV City Council has 10 Nov reserved to work on the final licensing.

As for the other counties and Reno, there has been no official announcements on when they will address the final licensing, except they will do it soon after the rankings, which were today.
