Mr B - BlueMountain Capital Management, LLC filed form 13G dated 10/24 and reported they now own 71,428.000 voting shares or 10.4% of the company. I don't know if they are continuing to buy in the open market. Most likely there are any number of hedge funds that were left out of the IPO and they are actively purchasing. It should get very exciting after DRYS reports on Wed.
