It wasn't an attack on LFG's post. I'll freely admit I was dismayed with LFG's giddyness about high oil prices. The thing people need to realize is that when oil reaches $80-90 or more and gas is above $4, oilco's will start producing oil that wasn't economically feasible before. And while they're ramping up to do that, consumers throughout the world will be altering their lifestyles to reduce consumption.

The result will be a 50-75% drop in oil. Over production + conservation = lower prices.

I would be comfortable with a +/- 10% band around $75. If it spikes to $100, then 3-5 years from now it'll be under $50.

I suppose this will get deleted too, I didn't say ERHE.


ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
