Hmmm, like watching "Court TV"...lol.

This is most likely ancient, having been covered before, but I just saw it last night. Sorry if I missed it earlier. Anyway, over at the Nevada site there's a search option for People. Searching Paul Taylor (not Paul R Taylor, no middle initial) one comes up with what looks like could be an incubator called IPO Holdings Company, Inc, started 10/18/2005 with a Pare Share Count of only 10,000 shares. One other party listed Treasurer - BRIAN NIESSENS.
