Jorge is desperate and wants $$$$ in the worst way. Did he believe that Kolbe was being acquired? I dunno. IMO there is nothing to Kolbe. Sales under $ 1,000 since inception perhaps but other than that "Global Logistics" it's just a pompous smoke induced concept of greatness that exists only in Jorge's head.

The same way that someone acquires hoopty from those "buy here pay here" used car lots, PRPM acquired Kolbe. Big deal. When the first payment wasn't made, the deal was off and the hoopty (aka Kolbe) was repossessed / unacquired.

The only thing more amusing than the Kolbe soap opera are the FB expressions of disappointment among those that didn't receive their "Bonus Shares" before election day.
