The reserve requirement was the reason for the AS increase. I continue to think the CEO will dig longs out of this mess. Sure things are bad and getting worse everyday. This doesn't mean that NBRI isn't far below its current value and any debt relief from claim sales or partnerships would quickly cause a major run in NBRI.

I will keep adding with each step lower.
