They did say it is for acquisition as based on email replies and on CC I believe.

Your theory also has some possibilities, since I stated that the restricted shares did not increase ( which denotes that the acquisition is not yet finalized).

and they still have $217 thousand long term debt to pay and they are in the red in terms of operation.
So yeah, I do adapt your idea early on after reading the financials.

I even thought of unloading my stocks and wait till everything is clear.
